Our New Rig at Envirotech Drilling Services in Houston, TX

At Envirotech Drilling Services we are constantly looking for ways to improve and expand. It is our goal to always be on the lookout for more ways we can serve our community with a wide variety of drilling services. One of the ways we have been able to grow recently is by receiving our newest rig. As we move forward with our business we are excited to be able to offer mud rotary drilling.

Moving Forward

At sites on the Gulf Coast where wells deeper than 130 feet are required, Mud rotary drilling becomes a preferred method over HSA drilling because of the torque required to turn that length of HAS tooling.

Envirotech Drilling received delivery of a new, track-mounted Diedrich D-50 on the 11th of June. The D-50 rig has 9000-foot pounds of torque and can drill as deep as 120 feet below the ground surface using hollow stem augers, mud rotary, or air rotary drilling methods. The tracks prevent it from getting stuck on off-road drilling sites, improving uptime and safety. This particular rig will be operated out of our San Antonio location.

Our commitment stays the same as we continue to grow. We at Envirotech have the equipment and experienced field personnel required to get your project done on time, on task, on budget, and without safety incidents. We have committed to offering our best on all projects we work on. By adding a new rig we are looking to offer yet another option for your drilling projects.
